The Scarlett supplies recording input and headphone monitoring. For speaker playback, the SMSL SA-50 drives the Micca pair.
Each MB42X G2 uses a 4-inch carbon-fiber woofer, a 0.75-inch silk-dome tweeter, a passive crossover, and a ported enclosure. Micca rates the speaker for 4–8 ohms and up to 80 watts each.
